Since the beginning of the year, despite the current situation of COVID-19, we have brought on 2 experienced Professional Engineers (PE) in Nicole Oleas and Brad Barbosa, and had one of our team, Darrell Johnson, pass the exam to become a newly minted PE.
Now that the school year has kicked into full gear, many working parents are adding roles and tasks to their plate that 2019 never saw coming. In honor of National Working Parents Day, Design West Engineering wants to share some knowledge and experiences from our team to yours in hopes of benefiting working parents all around us.
Over this week, team members of the Design West Washington Office made it back into the workplace.
Over the last few months while our team has been away and working from home, we have also been working hard to complete the tenant improvement for a new and improved headquarters office.
Our Summer Intern Program concluded, working with talented engineering students and a recent graduate, providing them valuable education in tools, design, and project management in the building industry.
