Woodland Hills Senior Center is a comprehensive and vibrant campus featuring six residential buildings with varying heights ranging from 3 to 4 stories, totaling an impressive 466,865 SF. This diverse campus includes dedicated spaces for Memory Care, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Mixed-Use, featuring an event and recreational hub along with townhome villas. Public areas are abundant, offering amenities such as a pool, spa, restaurants, gym, and a substantial 130,000 SF parking garage. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to enhance residents’ experiences, with gardens, parks, an amphitheater, exercise areas, trails among others. DWE provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Dry Utility Coordination, and Fire Sprinkler design for the residential buildings.
