With over 30 years of hands-on industry experience, our Founding Partner and CEO, Rob Cronk, leads his company with a wealth of expertise in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Energy Systems. He oversees the company’s design initiatives and engineered systems. With a background and schooling originally in architecture, he brings unique perspective to his team and to every project that comes in our doors. He works avidly to teach his staff how to see beyond their own disciplines and to view the big picture of how systems integrate and impact each other. But above all else, Rob’s true vision and passion for his engineering company is to be known and remembered as the company that provides the best service around. He always emphasizes the importance for consistent, thorough, and strong communication with our clients. No matter what client or what project, good services mean integrity, follow through, and keeping to commitments. This has become a core philosophy behind the company’s culture, and it has been a key factor in building the company up to what is today. Rob’s approach has always been to work closely alongside clients. He has done so with a diverse and complete range of real-world engineering issues. Rob’s strongest background of experience are in education, civic, and commercial projects, having worked for some of the same public agency clients since the 1980’s. He strives to see his team achieve an outstanding level of design and service, while maintaining budgets, meeting end user needs, and complimenting the desired aesthetics.
