About the Project

MEP/T design for San Bernardino City Unified School District’s Pacific HS Comprehensive Campus Modernization across 6 projects totaling over 58,000 SF. Scope spanned new construction, modernization, and adaptive reuse, highlighted by a new 510-seat PAC and a Biomedical CTE Building serving as a community health training facility.

Specific scope included:

• Performing Arts Center | New construction of a 16,800 SF facility with a lobby, 510-seat audience chamber, orchestra pit, stage, stagecraft, sound and control rooms, technical catwalk, and support spaces including dressing rooms and restrooms
• Biomedical CTE Building | MEP design for a new 12,350 SF facility featuring a community clinic, biotech classrooms and lab, simulation clinic, mock surgery suite, semi-private exam spaces, lecture and collab areas, and support spaces
• Student Center | Complete MEP/T renovation of 7,500 SF including a library, parent resource center, career center, athletics department, student store and café.
  Admin Building | MEP design for a new 8,000 SF one-story facility with admin offices, health services, counseling center, security hub, and associated site upgrades including outdoor seating, hardscape, and landscape improvements
• C West Music Modernization | Mechanical and Plumbing design for conversion of 6,100 SF of existing classroom space into a music facility with band, choir, piano, and practice rooms, collaboration space, and support spaces
• SDC Building Café | Plumbing design for conversion of a 7,500 SF classroom into a student quick-service café
