On the heels of exciting Principal leadership promotions, Design West Engineering has elevated Jonathan Bianchet and Vicky Reyes to Director, in addition to realigning Reid Herron’s title to Director.
Jonathan, a DWE employee since 2005, has risen through the ranks of the firm’s technology and integrated systems discipline, proving his strength in project and client management. Through his demonstrated leadership and commitment to client care as a Senior Project Manager, Jonathan now takes the helm as the Director of Electrical.
In the top 10% of most experienced Design West Engineering team members, Vicky applies over 40 years of mechanical engineering expertise to her projects. Since joining DWE in 2017, Vicky has made a noticeable impact, bridging her engineering expertise with K12 projects throughout the Inland Empire and Southern California. Vicky confidently steps into the elevated role of Director of Mechanical, where she will focus on QA/QC, internal processes, and client management.
An industry veteran of 38 years, Reid has been a mainstay in the Seattle-Tacoma HVAC/Mechanical Engineering market. With an array of experience ranging from project design and management to commissioning, Reid’s proven expertise will continue in his solidified role as Director at DWE.
