Design West Engineering is thrilled to announce our collaboration with SVA Architects in this year’s Orange County Food Bank’s Canstruction event. This unique design competition serves as a creative avenue for us to address food insecurity within our community, and we are proud to play a part in this meaningful endeavor.
In our joint effort, we’re bringing to life a cherished character from a beloved children’s book, ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’. Our vision involves crafting a life-sized sculpture of the endearing caterpillar using cans of food.
We invite you, our valued supporters, to contribute to the success of this initiative. You can help our team’s goal of 6,000 cans be reached with your monetary donations, which will help us provide essential meals for those facing food insecurity. Mark your calendars: On September 1st, witness the magic as we craft our sculpture at the Canstruction exhibit, with the exhibit running from the 1st to the end of the month. Monetary donations can be sent in multiple ways:
