About the Project

The Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) plays a vital role in supporting K-12 education in Riverside County, providing essential services in educational support, governmental relations, leadership, and student programs across all K-12 school districts. To address the growing needs of the County’s education system, we collaborated with HMC Architects and Tilden-Coil Constructors to develop a state-of-the-art Conference Center and Parking Structure, spanning 130,578 square feet across four levels, offering space for County events, meetings, and training sessions. This facility enhances community services and improves employee safety with secured parking and well-lit walkways. Featuring a hub for over 500 County employees with spacious offices, efficient workspaces, and modern amenities. The top-level conference center features motorized Skyfold doors, enabling 14 different room configurations for events of varying sizes. Additional amenities include three parking levels, one designated for employees, and Café Esquina, a café with a full commercial kitchen.
