Complete MEP design for a 14,000 square foot renovation of existing Riverside County IT location to be used as the East County Alternate Emergency Operations Center. The facility included accommodations for a RCIT data center and communication tower. Scope also included a new 600 kW generator with 7 day capacity, UPS system, office tenant improvement, and EOC A/V system.
