Design West Engineering partnered with St. Bernardine's Hospital for various hospital projects. Upgrades, remodels, and equipment replacements were done to enhance the hospital's facilities.

Design West Engineering has worked with the St. Bernardine’s Hospital team in San Bernardino on various OSHPD 1 projects in an on-call fashion for 5 years. Various projects at the hospital site include:
First Floor Lobby Restroom: ADA and cosmetic upgrades for restrooms
Elevator Upgrades: Modernization of Elevators 1-4 and 6-9 and upgrades to the machine rooms.
Doctor Lounge: Remodel of existing space for new use
Out Patients Building: Replacement of Auto Door Openers
Bldg 57, 72 and 86 Arc Flash: Performed Arc Flash Study of existing systems
Cysto Equipment Replacement: Services to accommodate new equipment
Temp Cooling Tower Addition: Services to accommodate new equipment
Echo Treadmill Addition: Services to new equipment
Emergency Generator: Services to fuel storage tank and relocation of gas line
