New construction for the California Baptist University 185,000 SF New Student Housing Project. This project consists of 600 Beds over 6 floors with a total of 100 beds per floor, to include 50% single and 50% doubles configured in 8-bed units (modules). The building also includes community spaces, study rooms, resident director suites, and a food service component that will include a small convenience store market.
