Complete MEP design was provided for the ATG Tenant Improvement, covering 4,500 SF, located on the 3rd floor of Wenatchee City Hall for the Washington Department of Enterprise Services (DES). The scope included designing a new dedicated panelboard, lighting system, WSEC-compliant lighting controls, emergency egress lighting, and a standalone HVAC system featuring VRF and ERV equipment, alongside new ductwork and corresponding supply diffusers and return grilles. Additionally, services involved revising drawings to eliminate the proposed VRF HVAC system and LED lighting system and controls, instead incorporating existing HVAC equipment with control replacements, damper adjustments, and supply modifications. Minor revisions to drawings aimed to reduce demo ductwork and HVAC system size.
