Design West Engineering played a key role in the decade-long redevelopment of California Baptist University's Lancer Plaza. Our MEP services included fire sprinkler design and infrastructure upgrades, enhancing facilities and improving campus access.

The California Baptist University Lancer Plaza Redevelopment was 10-year multiple phase conversion of acquired existing store front spaces into the new campus entrance. New tenants would include a new student retail store, multiple student dining facilities, Associated Student Body (ASB) offices, Spiritual Life Center, student community center, wresting department, campus mailroom, and finished with an updated campus entry featuring better access to the freeway. Design West was an integral part of the planning team throughout the decade-long renovations. Other connected projects included a Student Recreation Center, Athletic Performance Center, and parking structure.
Design West provided all MEP design services including fire sprinkler design for the tenant improvements, including relocation of power service and other MEP infrastructural upgrades to accommodate new functions.
