Design West Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology design for a 21,440 SF Vehicle Maintenance facility located in Thousand Oaks, CA. Spaces included a two-story office and 8,000 SF dispatch area and 13,440 SF maintenance service areas. MEP design conformed to 2019 Code. Scope included providing LED lighting with motion sensors, roof-top HVAC package units for the offices as well as exhaust ventilation for the maintenance bays.
